In case you would like to cancel your order, Please call us at tel: +91 44 45050330 or Email us at email@example.com If your order has not been shipped, we will endeavour to cancel it for you. If you have paid for your order with a credit card, debit card or Net banking we will refund the payment by the same payment method within 7-10 days of your cancellation request . Unfortunately, If an item has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Certain items are not available for returns. These include Lingerie, Perfumes, Skin care and Beauty products. Please Note: We are able to offer exchanges depending on availability of the requested exchange item. When an item is accepted for exchange, it will have to be returned to the vendor and once it reaches the vendor, the requested exchange item wil be sent over.
In order to return an item, Please go to your accounts and initiate a Returns request. Return requests, complaints and issues should be raised within 10 days of Order delivery. Some items are not eligible for returns including all beauty products and jewellery. For the Vendor "Aarika" products, no returns accepted. If the item is damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace it for you.
Any product customized will not be eligible for return.
Please see below for a list of steps to initiate Returns:
- Go into My Accounts and under RMA, choose your order number you'd like to initiate Return for. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you about the return
- Give us details of why you want to return the item. We will approve the return and send you the shipping label to use on the return package.
- Please ensure the package is packed in its original box and is not damaged or soiled prior to return.
- Our courier will pick up the package from your residence (or) designated location based on your availability
- If your shipping location is not serviceable by us, please send us the courier and we will reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 100 (documentation needed)
- Once the vendor receives the package we will initiate returns immediately. The returns can either be in the original mode of payment or as credits to your account for future use.
- Please give us as much info as possible on the reason for return and pictures in case there are quality issues. This will go directly to the vendor and the vendor will approve or reject the Return Request.If Returns is not available, we will request you to send the shipment to the vendor directly. Once your shipment reaches the vendor, the Refund process will begin.
- We will offer a refund as Store Credit or in some cases, we will process the payment using the same method as the original payment.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will email you for your bank details. Once we get the bank details, we will process the payment through your bank. Please note that if we collect COD fees, these will not be refunded as part of the returns

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :
Refunds on any goods sold will be processed to your That1too account for future purchases.
1. Products eligible for return, can be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. Any product customized will not be eligible for return.
2. Jewelry and Beauty products are NOT eligible for returns.
3. Once your request is received and approved by the Team, you will be asked to ship across the products to Chennai, India.
4. That1too will not be held responsible for the damage caused during the transit of the product from the customer to That1too address.
5. Once we receive the returns and the products clear quality check, the Amount (excluding the shipping charges) will be credited to your That1too Account.
6. All Custom Duties levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
