That1Too.com is a marketplace working with boutiques and stores all over India to bring you the latest in fashion from trusted stores all over India. When you place an order on That1Too.com, you are placing orders on different sellers in different parts of the country. Please note: We currently only ship within India, but we plan to bring in International shipping very soon. Check back for updates soon!
If your order has products from different sellers, you will receive one order number for all items. The boutiques will ship the items individually and you will get the following from every boutique that is shipping items:
- Invoice for the items sold by every boutique
- Shipping details for items shipped by every boutique
So for one order, you may get multiple invoices and shipments delivered to you by email based on when and where the items are being shipped from. If you placed a COD order, we will call you to confirm the details you have given with us within 24 hours of order placement between 9 AM and 7 PM. If we are not able to contact you on the mobile number you have given for 3 days from order placement, we will cancel the order.
We ship our items with reputed logistics providers like FedEx, DTDC and IndiaPost. You will be contacted over your mobile number by our courier partner before an item is to be delivered at your address. Please be available to accept the items. If you are unavailable, the delivery will be retried once more. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, if you are not available during the retry, we will return the item to the vendor. In case of payments through credit card, debit card or Netbanking we will deliver the items to a neighbour and leave a note for you with details
We now SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! The products should be shown in your currency online. We will dispatch the products based on the product's dispatch time. We have a FLAT rate shipping around the world. - Once you place the order, we will send an email confirming the sizes you have ordered. You can customise your order at this time by interacting with our representatives directly. We will be happy to customise the products to your size requirements
- We will be unable to change the design of the item for any order. Only size customisations can be made
- There may be customs duty charges applicable at the time of delivery. This is not in our control and will have to be borne by the customer directly
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for International shipments but the items have to be shipped back at the cost of the customer
